ABOUT AW21
SANSU Autumn/Winter 2021 is inspired by the late Norwegian artist Anna Eva Bergman; one of the first Norwegian artists to start working with abstract paintings in the 1950s and 60s. Her art builds on the interplay between nature, geometry, form and substance.
Building on this, the new SANSU collection is focused around a simple colour palette inspired by Bergman's work, clean yet soft shapes and angles, varying textures, and subtle references to the ethos of the 1960s. SANSU AW21 explores the more playful and artistic side of the SANSU woman, while still maintaining the DNA of the brand, with a timeless, feminine and minimalist aesthetic, along with a focus on beautiful materials.
